Dear Parents,
Welcome (or welcome back!) to St. Gall School. The start of a new school year brings changes and new routines. I hope you will make the Nuestro Pueblo a part of your routine this year.
Nuestro Pueblo is a dynamic and inclusive organization dedicated to foster community and involvement in our Catholic school for enrichment of our children’s school lives.
We are very excited about the many events and activities planed for this school year.
Nuestro Pueblo is counting on parents to volunteer and bring many ideas to the school.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact St. Gall School.
Thank you for your support.

Parent Volunteer in the Spotlight
Maria Suarez
Maria Suarez volunteers for St.Gall because she likes to get involved in her child’s school. Maria really likes helping others in any way that she possibly can. As a child, she wanted to be a teacher. Volunteering and doing things for the school is sort of an experience that is close to being a teacher.
Maria has volunteered to help at events such as the Santa's Workshop and the Halloween party. An activity that she was involved in was being the assistant coach for the soccer team last year. Now currently the Athletic Director for the soccer teams at school.
Whenever there is a school event or activities that interest her, Maria tries to help as much as she can, however she can. Maria would say that she volunteers very often.
Maria really likes working with the teachers, the parents, and the children whenever she does volunteering. Also, while she volunteering, Maria likes meeting and working with new people.
Maria likes that you get to plan new and upcoming events for the school. Working with other people is a good thing because everyone has different ideas and one can lead to another. I also like working with people that are organized and also help others. Besides helping and contributing new ideas, we all have a great and fun time. |
